Daria's desire to help people, while always well-intentioned, is frequently . . . counter-productive, to say the least.  Daria's "great idea" here is not only very likely impossible, it's something almost nobody would want, even if it did exist.  People who really, desperately want to try foods unpalatable to their native shape can always learn shapeshifting magic, or even -- for that matter -- just pay someone to transform them into other forms temporarily.  Daria really has no clue about practical biology.
