Lionel's persistence in trying to secure his own private jet has not worn down over the past few weeks . . . much to his parents' irritation.   Loretta's parents may be very generous -- and even careless -- with their money, but there are definite lines they will not cross, one of them involving buying their eleven-year-old son an airplane.   (Laugh.)   Lionel has been acting increasingly spoiled about the whole thing, which has resulted in his irritable parents slightly-seriously considering things like, oh, boarding schools.
