And here we are: Lacey, the final sibling of Felincia's to be introduced!  Lacey is a sibling I've had planned as long as Relagor and Tenny (yes, that's all three of them, plus Keri, in that strip), but I decided to save her introduction for last.  She was the ringleader of the stampede to bother Reg when he first came (Davin, Janice, Channer, and Denny all followed her), and she whined the most when their mother shooed them away.  Like Relagor, she loves practical jokes; unlike him, hers tend to be more dangerous than annoying.
