In case you didn't notice, in the previous strip, the three siblings that accousted Reg in the last panel weren't the same as the three that were stampeding towards him in the second.  There was one girl who showed up in both groups, and she's the one you see in the second panel here.  She's the biggest troublemaker of Felincia's sisters, almost as bad as Relagor.  Which is saying a lot!  Although Felincia has one or two other brothers who are almost as bad Relagor, too.
