I was somewhat bemused when someone referred to this strip as Dron having put his books in a public library.  School libraries aren't . . . actually the same thing as public libraries.  A lot are open to the public, but not all are, which makes them a type of private library.  Most of the information in those books could leak out to the public secondhand, but not firsthand.  Only students and faculty could actually read Dron's books.  Dron's just barely learned this, and he thought, "Huh."
