Yes, I know, another worldbuilding strip.  Linnea is useful for these.  She has a very detail-oriented mind that works directly and logically, and she doesn't like not knowing things.  I figured it was important to know why transportation magic seems to work between worlds, but why this is not a commonly known thing.  And I also thought I should explain a bit why certain people (like Felincia) did know that version.  Because we've sure seen people who know how to do it.
