What was the purpose of this conversation?  Well, I liked the idea of showing that "good" and "bad" situations have a great deal to do with personality.  Just like the old saying that "one man's trash is another man's treasure" (remember Strip #1,495?), a perfect situation for one person can be less than ideal for another -- and vice versa.  Anyway, I have to chuckle a bit at the thought of Ensie having two ferocious roommates who like to tease him.  Poor boy!
