Out of the band members, Charson's the most level-headed and sensible.  He and Melody are probably the most dedicated, as well -- her nervously, humbly, a little shy about her accomplishments, and him matter-of-factly.  Carolynn's dedicated, but she's a spaz; Gundurun's just a little too convinced of his own brilliance to work as hard as he should be doing.  (He is a musical genius, but he coasts on genius much more than he applies himself to work.)  Charson's good because he works hard, consistently.
