I like Aylia's sass in this strip.  (Evil grin.)  The thing about Aylia is, it usually takes a lot to make her disturb the status quo -- if she's reasonably comfortable as she is, or even if life is merely bearable as it stands now, she's most likely just to keep on going, whether or not she might have a preferable option.  (X is the same way, only more so.  Linnea is the opposite; she tends to constantly reevaluate her assumptions in an effort to not fall into status quo.)  But if someone finally pushes Aylia too far . . . well . . .
