Aylia is not exactly easy to easy to intimidate, nor is she one to back down from a challenge, even if it might seem rather scary.  (Neither of these traits is the case with that administrator.)  She's also smart, and is willing to take opportunities when they come.  Seeing as these are pretty much what the "mysterious teacher" was hoping she would display, I imagine he'll be quite pleased to hear that she's willing to take the job.  I'm really looking forward to officially introducing that character.  :P
