(Rubs hands together gleefully.)  Ah, this strip!  It was the last one I drew while on vacation visiting some of Ben's relatives (really nice people), and then I wound up developing writers' block for weeks afterwards, even though I'd had pieces of the rest of the storyline scripted out for ages!  Harrumph.  Still, I really like how this strip turned out; it's one of those times when everything seems to fall into place just as planned, which is rare.  I love it when that happens, and the plans turn out to be right.
