By the way, in the previous strip, Gavin's "buttons" is a reference back to Strip #1,105.  And the reason he jumps right to that word is that he now associates Daria saying "machine" with "buttons."  (Grin.)  Can you blame him?  I'm quite pleased with how this strip turned out; I don't think I've actually tried to draw a person dripping water in the actual storyline before, though there is Jenny in this old extra.  Yaaay, I can draw details now!  And I love Daria's reason for wanting to fly out in a thunderstorm.  :P
