Davin is the tallest of Felincia's siblings, and the oldest, after Felincia.  He and Relagor are buddies and fellow troublemakers, though Relagor tends towards teasing, while Davin likes picking on people.  And now we know the names of the twins: Denny (the first one) and Eddie (the second)!  The way I see it, Felincia's mother had them and decided, after taking care of two babies at once, that their family was large enough.  Women are usually more likely to have multiple births as they get older, after all.
