Poor Nicole, being out of the loop for so long . . . (snickers).  That actually is a pretty reasonable fear for her to jump to in the first panel, given that the last time she saw Felincia, the werewolf girl was still threatening Jenny and chasing after Albert for revenge.  But to Felincia, the question would seem rather ludicrous, since she's been completely over that whole situation ever since Reg came into her life.  Heh heh, poor Nicole, being so out of everything here.  :P
