I was originally going to have Felincia explain her entire reasoning in the second panel, but I didn't have enough room.  (Sigh.)  Basically, I was going to have her mention something about how werewolves were created in the first place, which was, according to Lycanth legend, the result of a malicious curse on their entire country.  Lycanthropy is an okay thing now, but it would have been a horrifying thing to the entire generation who had it forced upon them when it started!
