The reason Aylia's so annoyed in the first panel is that it bothers her that Felincia can tell so much by smelling things, and she can't.  She also finds it rather maddening to think that Felincia could easily have known all along about Aylia and X being related, and just never have thought it was important enough to mention.  Which results in Aylia being determined to find out some things herself, which results in her calling Alexis back.
