Lycanth is a country that shares a border with Umbria.  It's been mentioned at least once before, in Strip #450 (gosh, the font size in that strip is way too tiny).  The reason Felincia might consider going to Lycanth is that it's a country of born werewolves -- in fact, it's where her mom came from.  But they don't exactly welcome strangers there, and Felincia's mom was not high up on the social ladder when she left the country, anyway.
