Yes, that Gorgon you see in this strip is the same person you saw in the last two strips.  Yes, Stefanee has the ability to shapeshift at will.  And no, I'm not going to tell you which species she really is.  Bwah ha ha!  By the way, that pendant she wears is a transportation pendant, one that will allow her to use transportation magic, whether she's in her real shape or not.  You can't use magic (except to change yourself back to normal) when you're shapeshifted, you see, without something like that.
