The reason I started this storyline in the first place was because of a discussion that took place in my forums -- a friend of my sister's was wondering what separated a real Oracle from a fake one, and who had the right to make that decision, and whether there were any male Oracles, and how many people were there out there who pretended to be Oracles and weren't?  I thought all those questions over, and came up with this storyline to explain the answers to a lot of them.
