Not that Alassa is impossible to manipulate . . . (grin).  The only person who can seem to do it is Aylia, however, because Aylia is the only person in the world Alassa will listen to besides herself.  Of course, she'll usually listen to try to do the opposite of whatever she thinks Aylia wants, but since Aylia's much smarter than her, using that for reverse psychology wouldn't be that hard.
