There are times when I decide I haven't seen a character I like for awhile, and I bring them back in some random way.  This is one of those times.  Felincia hadn't shown up since Strip #158, and that was just ridiculous.  There were reasons for it, of course (like the first semester ending, Christmas break taking place, and the second semester beginning), but it was still long since time to bring her back.  So I did.  (Hee hee.)
