See?  See?  I am getting better!  The last panel might be a little awkward, but I love the way the first one turned out, and the third isn't bad either.  This strip, as well as the last one, were ones I scripted out ahead of time -- I don't have many like that, unless they're plot-important beginnings of storylines, but this one struck me as a great strip idea.  Not nearly as old an idea as the one for the last strip, though.  ;)
