Ben was the one who gave me the idea for this strip.  I showed him the strip before it, and he made a suggestion that made me howl -- thus inspiring this new turn of events.  Nicole, Jenny and X have exactly the grades you'd expect from them -- Nicole struggles along with Bs and Cs, Jenny has a high B/low A average, and X never gets below 100% in anything chemistry-related.  Aylia, on the other hand . . .
