I do actually have precise definitions for each type of magic-user in Aylia's world -- so the generic names for magic-users have more substance to them.  But I haven't been able to find an excuse to work those into the storyline yet, so they'll have to wait till I have one.  But rest assured, I've spent a lot of time figuring out all the different types of magic -- and how they work -- in Aylia's world.
